Knit baby afghan in country blue
I knit this country blue baby blanket for a close friend who wanted to avoid baby blue for her baby boy.
I didn’t use a pattern, just counted stitches and measured every once in a while. Overall size is about 36″ by 24″.
The border is garter stitch and the inside is stockinette. A very simple project. I used Caron Simply Soft yarn and the blanket is wonderfully soft and cozy.
This is one of the largest projects I’ve knitted (I usually crochet blankets/afghans).
